Do I need a registered trademark for you to do takedowns?
No, but it makes them faster and stronger. Most platform IP forms accept "common-law" brand evidence — your channel, your domain, your existing follower count. We coach you through TM registration too if you want belt-and-braces protection.
How long until impostors actually come down?
Clear-cut cases (logo theft, donation scams, exact handle clones): 1–7 days. Borderline cases that need an appeal: 1–4 weeks. We file fast, then track every case until removed.
What's your success rate?
Honest answer: it depends on the platform and the case. Active scams (BTC requests, fake sponsors): ~95%. Handle squatters with no posts: ~70%. Coincidental name matches: we don't file those. We only file what we can win.
Can you scrape Instagram / TikTok without breaking ToS?
